Bread is supposed to go with the food ~ not be the food - North African Islamic Paradise Rocked

It is truly disgusting what is going on down there. In these massive countries people don't have access to enough to eat. Long term. No on overseas agriculture, sufficiently, there is a stubborn pride in the way things have always been done. If you walk past a school ~ for small children ~ all you hear is the Koran being chanted. It was clear that the delusion being taught was the exception of Islam's rise. One US Christian preacher ~ while visiting one of these N. African countries asked the children why are are you learning English ~ they answered, so that they can bring westerners to Islam. While donkeys are still a common sight.

They use English [or whatever language] to try and get the tourists to marry them and get them out of there!!

And the cost of a kilo of meat is more expensive than a day's wage. They have been purposely been kept in this dream world. While the leaders, and not only those higher ups, down to the local police ~ earn the majority of their keep from corruption.

Someone once told me that a traffic cop once gave change for the required backhander ~ for a standard traffic violation. Often to do something, the bribe is more than the profits. To boot there are the wild card Islamic police ~ turning the place into a police state.

On one side standing up for better, but on the other side there has to have been a letting go of the arrogance that has kept them in this place. Without a reference to how others live ~ they assumed they were somehow made better ~ of course, by Islam. A good place ~ for leaders to evoke their colonial past and all 'evils' of the west and westernization ~ to take everything for themselves.

If the Muslims of North Africa have not had enough of this Islamic rule ~ then they deserve what they get. That is why we have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which puts man above religion. Where man goes first then priority is given to his individual rights, not this hocus pocus, he said she said back 1000 and 100 years of Islam's history, there is no slavery to this, the slavery is to the individual needs. But my individual needs should not include someone else remaining Muslim, or if they want to eat during Ramadan that should have nothing to do with my rights. There is so much fear generated around keeping Islamic order that the main aim ~ becomes praising it.

And of course building another and another mosque ~ creating an environment where it is easier to pray than to eat. I am talking about sufficient food. Not hard gum-cutting bread ~ with maybe one embarrassingly small piece of meat for the whole family.

That is brilliant, particularly the last sentence.
