"The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has demanded and still demands release of limited number of prisoners and still demands release of limited number of prisoners in exchange for this american prisoner, Bowe Robert Bergdahl. Unfortunately, the arrogant American rulers are not ready to take any step in this regard. But because of the surge of the american troops and our proven tactics, more armed men from the opposition party will possibly be repeatedly imprisoned by us. in the long run, the americans and their allies will have to accept the exchange. it will be better for the americans, not to persist in their arrogance and accept the realities; use their rationale and show readiness to release our limited prisoners in exchange for their prisoner. They should know that the policy of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan about the war prisoners is based on the Islamic behavior and lofty rules."
