Afghan Ambassador ~ Talks of an Overarching Shari'a [Video]

The Afghan guy he was talking about who suggested that women should be equal to men in Islam / or Afghanistan was imprisoned for his comments, but many were calling for the death sentence. With international pressure on ~ the Afghans waited until the situation died down and released him from prison. That says it all in Afghanistan women don't have and will not have equality.

Overarching Shari'a ~ is another name for theocracy in all but name. They have no freedom to make laws. That is a bolt and chain to 7th Century Arabia ~ and they are not even from Arabia!! If Afghans claim they are so proud of their country ~ why don't they do something unique.
