19 killed in suicide bombing in Somali hotel

At least 19 people have been killed in a suicide attack in a hotel in the Somali capital Mogadishu.

Three Somali ministers are among the dead.

They were in the hotel to attend the graduation ceremony of medical students.

Most of the victims are students.

Somalia has been ravaged by 18 years of civil war between government troops and Islamic extremists.

The government only holds power in part of the capital.
