Prime minister of Kuwait gives the Pope a Koran [Video]
Since the PM Kuwait saw fit to give the Pope a Koran - I'd thought it might be a good idea to check and see if Bibles were allowed in his country. And low and behold - Kuwait has a few churches - and recently there was a "follow the Bible" project and “Family Bible Encounter” quiz for the first time were held there this year. There is Catholic Church The Vicariate Apostolic of Kuwait and the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Kuwait - and there may be more. The Kuwaitis probably found that being civil - is not so bad.
I was aware that Qatar built some of the first churches in that region for almost 1400 yrs.

Yes, Qatar has a Catholic Church. Its neighbor is a building for all other Christian communion from Protestant churches.
