Köln (ddp-nrw). The police ban on anti-Islamization rally of right-wing "citizens' movement Pro Köln" on Cologne's Haymarket was unlawful. This was decided by the Cologne Administrative Court on Thursday, equivalent to an action brought by "Pro Cologne". By the group as part of its "anti-Islamisierungskongress" [anti-Islamisation demonstration] on 20 September 2008 conducted demonstration had been forbidden by the police immediately after the start due to the massive outbreak of violent [left-winger] counter demonstrators.

By contrast, "argued Pro Cologne," the police had an obligation to enable their already present at the Haymarket sympathizers to carry out the assembly. This opinion was shared to the court.

Unsuccessful complaints of "Pro Cologne" arranged by the police against the transfer of their anti-Islamization rally on 9 May from the center of Cologne and Deutz in the right bank of a planned demonstration against the ban on the train to the site of the new Great Mosque in Cologne. Here, the court found the decision of the police to be lawful. The decisions are not yet final.

This is a huge thing. It means that freedom of assembly to protest what citizens don't want inside Germany is allowed. Ok...democracy hasn't been destroyed but the fact that a court had to tell them it's ok is pretty bad.

Three books that you must read in order to understand all of these events. "Infidel" By: Ayaan Hirshi Ali..."Chasing A Mirage: The Tragic Illusion of an Islamic State" By: Tarek Fatah

"While Europe Slept: How Radical Islam is Destroying The West From Within" By: Bruce Bawer

I read the 1st 2 and the third I am reading now. It's so scary it will take longer for me to finish reading "While Europe Slept" so many more honor killings than in Canada and Europe is furthur along the road to being colonized.
